No refunds. No exchanges.

It is against federal law to re-sell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way. If you receive an item that is incorrect, email us photos of the unworn items within 24 hours of receipt. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you the next steps on how to return your items and begin the exchange process. Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted a refund – and any packages sent back will not be returned to the sender.

We do not accept any refunds on custom orders! All of these purchases are final and non-refundable. When shipping back your item please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues. Please email us to receive the address for the exchange.

 

Please note: We only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. In order to receive credit for your exchange the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it – TOTALLY UNUSED – NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or If the product has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange policies are voided. The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top. The hair must be in its original packaging and tagged. Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase. Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted. Please allow 72 hours for processing. Any used hair that is sent to us will not be returned. For more information please email us!
